Road to Hana

If you’re staying longer & want to venture out of the resorts, the road to Hana is a breathtaking tour through the backroads of the island — a world-renowned scenic drive. The Hana highway is a 64.4 mile long stretch. It takes 10-12 hours to complete the entire drive, but you can totally make it a point to just stop at some of the most famous stops & turn around. Lol Stops include things like the black sand beach, waterfalls you can swim under, and the most delicious Aunty Sandy’s banana bread stand. There’s guided tours you can book that will take you by tour bus. Or if you’re renting a car, download the app ‘GYPSY guide’ on the App Store & the app will navigate you to the top spots you want to stop at & explain the significance of each one over the aux.
