How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you receive a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits or dress shirts with dress pants.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o'clock in the evening, please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and/or find your seat.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! The hotel is conveniently located at the airport, with on-site parking available. The hotel lobby is located on the 5th floor terrace of the parking garage, directly across the from the airport terminal. You have three parking options: Option 1: Complimentary Hotel Parking Upon arriving at the airport, follow signs for the airport terminal (arrivals and departures). As you approach the terminal, signs for hotel parking appear at an off-ramp to the left, which allows you to enter the terminal side of the parking garage. Follow those signs, and designated Hilton Hotel parking will be free! Use the designated elevator from the ground floor to reach the hotel lobby on the 5th floor. Option 2: Garage Parking Follow signs to park in garage A or B. Take the elevators to the 5th floor to access the hotel lobby. This parking option is $34/day. Option 3: Outdoor Parking Follow signs for outdoor parking. This is a cheaper option at $15/day but may require a shuttle ride to the airport terminal. From the terminal, locate the parking garage and take the elevator to the 5th floor for the hotel lobby.

I'm flying in, how do I get to the hotel from the BNA airport terminal?

Answer

From baggage claim take the escalators up two levels to reach the Terminal Pedestrian Bridge. The first level will take you to the arrival gates, the second level will bring you to the Pedestrian Bridge. Cross the bridge and you will find the BNA Hilton Hotel will be on your right.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We've hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages on us!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP page so we can plan accordingly. If you do not RSVP by September 16, 2026, you will automatically be marked as "not attending".
