The reception will be taking place indoors at the same site as the ceremony.
We have made a list of hotels located in our TRAVEL section of our website.
It will be springtime so I would recommend wearing something short sleeved. Women wear spring colors; pink (hot, light, dusty, etc.) yellow, red, green, lavender, blue, really any colors besides black/white. Short dresses, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or floral. Men could wear a suit and tie, dress shirt or a button up with slacks or jeans and colors like light blue, grey, khaki, cream, etc. Remember these are just suggestions we are not big on dress code! *Women, just a heads up the ceremony will be in a grassy area so if you are wearing a thin heel you will sink in. It is completely up to you though, reception will be on floor.
Of course we can’t predict the crazy California weather but we are hoping for sunshine and pretty average spring weather. Keep in mind it does rain throughout April! We will have the ceremony outdoors and reception indoors. Plan B if it rains ceremony and reception will both be taking place indoors!
