What type of food will be available?

Answer

The wedding is catered by Cuisine and Company. During the cocktail hour heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. For dinner, there will be chicken and beef with your choice of all sorts of delicious sides. After lots of dancing, we will serve late night snacks. Basically, come ready to eat!

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Yes! Please take all the photos you’d like at the reception and use our hashtag, #HappilyEverOlson We do ask that you unplug for the ceremony. Please be aware that large cameras will not be permitted in the museum due to their guidelines. All photos should be taken using phones or by the photographer the couple has hired.

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

There will be onsite parking as well as valet options.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

This is an adult only reception. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

Downtown Norfolk has many beautiful hotels. There is also the option of staying in Virginia Beach at the ocean front.
