I would just like to take a moment and appreciate one of the many great memories I have with Brittney. If you know Brittney, you know she is a very funny and smart person but at times us Botts people aren’t the brightest. A few days before Christmas Brittney was being the responsible individual she is and decided to water our 2018 Christmas tree. A few seconds later all you hear in the house is a thump coming from downstairs. After following the sound you find Brittney and the Christmas tree laying on the ground. Who knew watering a Christmas tree was a dangerous activity. I will miss these mishaps in the household but I am also very excited for our future experiences and memories.

My favorite memory with Brittney has to be 6th grade impact when she volunteered me to room with her. We were both scared of the dark and the room had no little lights we could keep on during the night. So we put our beds together for the first night to sleep at peace, but the second night she was determined to find the flashlight her mom made her pack LOL! We were so excited she found it that we stayed up almost all night just cracking jokes and trying to find the perfect name for the lifesaving flashlight. Eventually we came up with the name Argo and Argwhile. Don’t ask me how or why, i just know that was the best impact trip I’ve ever been on and she’s been calling me Argo ever since. I didn’t miss an impact trip since that year and she’s been one of my sister’s since that very day.

Brittney and I have been best friends ever since I can remember. We have been through so much and share so many memories that I will always hold near and dear to my heart. I’m so happy that Dylon stole your keys that night and that the two of you found each other through it. You compliment each other so perfectly and I’m so honored to be a part of your special day.  I can’t wait to watch the two of you grow together as husband and wife. I love you guys always and forever. I have finally accepted the fact that I have to share you now, but dibs on the guest room. Haha!

Brittney! I can’t believe you’re getting married! We’ve had so many laughs together over the years and I’m so thankful that you’ve been a part of my life. College wouldn’t have been the same without you. I’ll never forget all of the concerts and late nights we’ve spent together. You’re the type of friend I can always count on to be up for whatever crazy idea I might have on any given night, and the type to always go along with it and just have fun. Thanks for being the best adventure buddy I could ask for. I’ll miss having you in Statesboro with me but I know you and Dylon have such a great future ahead of y’all and I can’t wait to see what life brings you!
