We're Getting Married!

Our story began quietly, through the simplest connection—my little brother. Dom was his friend, always around, spending long afternoons hanging out and working on cars. At first, he was just familiar, someone who was always there. But before I even realized it, that familiarity turned into something more. Then came the boat days—afternoons spent on Anthony’s boat, Dom’s best friend and future best man. What started as a single day on the water became a weekly tradition, filled with laughter, ease, and the feeling that something special was unfolding. Even when I left for college in the fall, the distance couldn’t interrupt what had begun. Dom started coming to visit me in Cortland, and from that point on, it felt like we were never really apart. Once we met, it felt as though we had seen each other every day since. Over the past five years, Dom has become my constant—steady, supportive, and endlessly loving. He has changed my life for the better simply by being who he is and loving me completely, exactly as I am. And I love him just as deeply. I love the way he shows up for me, the way he makes me feel safe, seen, and understood. I love his heart, his loyalty, and the quiet strength he brings into every part of our life together. From the very day we met, Dom knew I was the one he wanted to marry. And in loving him, I found my home—my best friend, my greatest comfort, and my forever. Along the way, our families grew together too. His sisters became like my own, and my brother became his. What started as two separate families slowly, beautifully became one. In 2025, we took another meaningful step forward by buying our first home together, a place already filled with love, laughter, and shared dreams. Now, after five years of growing side by side, we look ahead to October and can hardly wait to say “I do.” We are so excited to celebrate our love surrounded by the people who mean the most to us—our family and friends who have supported us, cheered us on, and shared in every chapter of our journey. With full hearts and endless excitement, we are ready to begin the next chapter of our lives together. A love that began unexpectedly, grew steadily, and will be celebrated forever.
