If you are planning to drive to Spruce Mountain Ranch for the wedding, please reference the map above. There are two venues at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Our wedding is at the Upper Ranch/Ponderosa Room. Please take Tyler Drive and park in the Ponderosa Room Parking Lot. Hello Friends and Family, Due to COVID-19 pandemic we, along with all of our vendors, wanted to let you know that your health and safety are of the highest importance. We wish that this was not even a worry on our minds but it is and we know the risk of being at an event such as a wedding during this time. If you feel in any way, shape, or form that your health is at risk by attending the wedding we completely understand. We want to release any pressure or stress on your shoulders about attending. Each and everyone of you invited has a special place in our hearts which is why you received an invitation. But more than an invite, it is a thank you for being apart of our lives.
Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP by August 15th

Question

Will there be a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

YES! We will be providing shuttle services from the Westin Downtown to Spruce Mountain and back. We highly suggest taking advantage of the shuttles due to getting an Uber/Lyft out of Spruce Mountain will be difficult.

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour and dancing will be outside, and dinner will be indoors Alternative options for the ceremony and cocktail hour will be utilized if weather doesn't cooperate.

Question

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

YES! You are more than welcome to drive and park your car at the venue. Please note that you will not be able to leave your car overnight. Please be sure to reference the map above. There are two venues at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Our wedding is at the Upper Ranch/Ponderosa Room. Please take Tyler Drive and park in the Ponderosa Room Parking Lot.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

Absolutely! We only ask that everyone put their phones & cameras away during the ceremony

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Your favorite cocktail attire!

Question

Any special attire notes?

Answer

Ceremony will be in a grass field, so we recommend wearing appropriate shoes. Spruce Mountain Ranch is located at 7,300 feet, so it might get a little chilly at night. Bring a light jacket or wrap just in case. There will be a coat check that you can take advantage of if necessary!

Question

What time should guest arrive

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM, so guests should arrive 15 minutes before so that they can get a good seat.
