YES! We will be providing shuttle services from the Westin Downtown to Spruce Mountain and back. We highly suggest taking advantage of the shuttles due to getting an Uber/Lyft out of Spruce Mountain will be difficult.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour and dancing will be outside, and dinner will be indoors Alternative options for the ceremony and cocktail hour will be utilized if weather doesn't cooperate.
YES! You are more than welcome to drive and park your car at the venue. Please note that you will not be able to leave your car overnight. Please be sure to reference the map above. There are two venues at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Our wedding is at the Upper Ranch/Ponderosa Room. Please take Tyler Drive and park in the Ponderosa Room Parking Lot.
Absolutely! We only ask that everyone put their phones & cameras away during the ceremony
Your favorite cocktail attire!
Ceremony will be in a grass field, so we recommend wearing appropriate shoes. Spruce Mountain Ranch is located at 7,300 feet, so it might get a little chilly at night. Bring a light jacket or wrap just in case. There will be a coat check that you can take advantage of if necessary!
The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM, so guests should arrive 15 minutes before so that they can get a good seat.
