FAQs

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to park and be seated. Once the ceremony begins, entrance into the ceremony space will not be granted.

Question

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There are 30 spaces available in the Piedmont Community Hall parking lot, but please note it is a public parking lot and space is not guaranteed. If the parking lot is full, additional street parking is available at no cost.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. If you are unsure, please reach out to us to confirm. Thank you for understanding!

Question

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

We love your little ones—we really do! However, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is elevated cocktail, formal optional. Expect pleasantly warm daytime temperatures that can drop once the sun sets, so plan on stylish layers. Ladies might consider a cocktail-length, midi, or an elegant floor-length dress, with a light wrap or shawl. Gentlemen might consider a comfortable suit or blazer with tailored pants and a dress shirt, with the option of adding a tie or pocket square for extra polish. Please no jeans, sneakers, and we ask that guest avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Question

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! We will provide beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. Please be patient and respectful to our bartenders. Lastly, plan accordingly and arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking.

Question

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by the date listed on the invitation. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, we will assume you will not be attending. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
