They have had countless sleepovers, taken many trips together, and gone through important life experiences together. Hillary is Brittney’s confidant and best shopping buddy. Brittney owes a great debt to Hillary and her husband, Joshua, as they are how Brent and Brittney met. Brittney cannot imagine life without her and is SO thankful Hillary will be standing by her side while she marries the love of her life.

Brittney met Rachael through her sister, Hillary. Since a young age, Brittney knew she and Rachael were destined to be best friends. While the other girls watched scary movies during sleepovers, Brittney and Rachael watched romantic comedies and talked about being more like Audrey Hepburn. Anytime these two get together, you can except a Broadway or movie show tune to be sung VERY loudly and the laughter to be abundant. Brittney is so thankful Rachael will be standing by her side on this special day.

Rachel is one of Brittney's oldest friends since they met when they were three years old! From church trips to sleepovers to school functions, these two have been through it all together. They really bonded when Mr. Arnold approached the two clarinet players in middle school band and told them they needed to play the bassoon. From 7th grade on, these two sat beside each other every day in band class and giggled and wrote absurd notes all over their music. Brittney is delighted that Rachel will be standing by her side as she starts this new chapter with Brent.
Best Man
Jessica by The Allman Brothers Band Much like this song Josh is lighthearted, fun, loud and long winded. This song has been in every CD player, Mp3 player, iPod and iPhone I've owned since before I can remember - and I've listened to it more times than I can count. Similarly, Josh's number has been in just about every phone I've ever owned, and I don't think barely a week has gone by in that time that I haven't called him. Josh has always been there for me despite the fact that he's rarely ever been less than a seven hour drive away. We experience life the same way, and I know that my kids will learn about friendship from the lessons Josh has taught me over all these years.

Layla (MTV Unplugged Acoustic Version) - Eric Clapton This is a very specific song for a very unique person. Clapton first wrote this song in the 1970's as a member of the band Derek and the Dominoes and it's the kind of 70's rock hit that folks instantly know when they hear the guitar open it up. In 1992, Eric Clapton sang an insanely cool, stripped down acoustic version for MTV's Unplugged. That live album went on to win six Grammy's in 1993 and became the best selling live album of all time. Like this song, Grant is one of the most consistently cool people I've ever met and, like this song, he doesn't conform to what people think he should be. I try to be around people that I aspire to be like in some way. Grant is one of those people for me.

Rock Me Amadeus - Falco "The song's music video mixes elements of Mozart's time with 1980s contemporary society. Falco is shown in a 20th-century-style dinner jacket, walking past people in eighteenth-century formal wear. Later, he is shown dressed as Mozart, with wild colored hair, being held on the shoulders of men dressed in modern motorcycle-riding attire. At the end, the two crowds mix." - Wikipedia Nathan just recently became my brother-in-law, and from the moment I met him I realized that he was what folks often call a Renaissance Man. Nathan has plethora of interests and he's a remarkably deep thinking person. This song is an ode to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with a modern (for the 1980's) twist, and I can't think of a better representation of my new brother-in-law.

Pick Up Man - Joe Diffie "You can set my truck on fire. Roll it down a hill, but I still wouldn't trade it for a Couple De Ville," It's perhaps the most well known country music ode to the pickup truck and this line seems to encapsulate Travis' mantra. Travis knows what he likes and there is no one that is going to change his mind. Much like Joe Diffie, Travis is also one of the most down to earth people you will ever come across. As this song and many others launched into the country music stratosphere, Diffie still managed to be the guy who was unsure why his name was being dropped in songs by other artists according to Rolling Stone. Travis Jackson is one of the few people you will ever meet that isn't in this life for the recognition despite being so deserving of it.

Last of My Kind - Jason Isbell Anyone who knows Dustin would agree that he was born in the wrong time. To be honest, I'm not sure what century he belongs in but I know it aint this one. Jason Isbell is another one of those people that when you hear him sing you realize he too is in the wrong era and this song sort of speaks to that idea. The thing that makes Dustin unique is that he doesn't change. He doesn't get caught up in fads or trendy things and he lives by a simple code of treat other like you want to be treated. It's literally a timeless way of life for a guy that understands that being a good human will never go out of style.

Wild Horses - Dave Matthews Band This is definitely not the most well known version of this song, but Cooper and I jammed this song into oblivion driving across Oahu in my Wrangler. Of course that's not the only reason I picked this song though. If you're not wondering why two 20-something guys would be listening to such a melancholic song in such a iconic place, you probably should. My answer is probably different than Cooper's, but for me I always felt that we both found beauty in it. They were turbulent times that we were living in, and times like that call for some reminder that there is beauty on the other side of it. For me Cooper was this reminder when I needed it most. Cooper I may have been on an island when you showed up, but I would have drowned without you. Thank you.

Snake Farm - Ray Wylie Hubbard I have heard Keenan mention this song every time I have ever hung out with him when a campfire and alcohol is involved. It's hard to tell if Keenan actually likes this song or if he's bringing up as a joke. I suspect it's a little of both. As I was trying to find a song for Keenan I stumbled across this explanation of how the song came about from the man himself: Then inspiration struck. He thought to himself, “Just sounds nasty.” Why? “Because it’s a reptile house, not a cathedral,” he rationalized. “Yeah, pretty much is.” It's funny to me because if Keenan were to ever write a song this is how it would come about. Keenan finds the humor in the peculiarities of life that everyone else overlooks and it's the reason no campfire is complete without him.
Flower Girl
Eva is Brent and Brittney's niece and they are so excited for her to be a part of their special day. Eva has her "Uncle Bobo" wrapped around her finger and is the most fun little girl they know. They are so honored to get to love her forever!
