What is a Soft RSVP?

Answer

A "Soft RSVP" means an early indication of whether guests plan to attend an event. This will allow us to continue with our planning efforts for catering, venue, furniture etc. A formal invitation and RSVP will follow - to those who can attend.

Is my answer for the "Soft RSVP" a strict commitment?

Answer

The Soft RSVP is not a strict commitment, however we do expect an honest and realistic answer to help with our planning efforts. Please note that there is absolutely no pressure to attend our event, as we fully understand the time and financial commitment that is required due to the abroad location.

Formal Invitation

Answer

A formal invitation will be sent to those able to attend. If you are initially undecided or unable to attend but later become available, please let us know as soon as possible.

What if I do not RSVP?

Answer

For those who do not RSVP, we will assume that this is a "not able to attend", and a formal invitation will not be sent.
