FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 18, 2026 so we can finalize all the fun details and make sure there’s a seat (and plate!) with your name on it 🎉💌

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear formal or semi-formal attire. Please AVOID WEARING WHITE. We want to make sure the bride gets to shine in that shade alone on their special day ❤️🖤

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

We totally get it — as a couple, we go everywhere together too, so we understand wanting to share this special day with your significant other. Feel free to contact us about your plus one. That said, your plus one must be included when you RSVP if we approve the plus one, as there will be a guest list at the door and only those listed will be allowed entry. Thanks for helping us keep everything smooth and special!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we’d love for this to be a kid-free evening, we completely understand if bringing your little one is necessary. If so, please be sure your child is listed as your plus one and included in your RSVP. You must get approval for your plus one before attending. We kindly ask that all children remain quiet during the ceremony, including electronic devices to help keep the moment special for everyone 💍👧🏽👦🏽

Question

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

There’s no assigned seating at the ceremony—feel free to sit wherever you’d like! As we come together as one, we want our guests to do the same. Your program will have your table number for the reception. Our friendly hosts will be available to help direct you to restrooms or assist with anything else you may need. Mingle and enjoy the celebration!

Question

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

Yes, feel free to snap photos and take videos during the celebration for your personal memories! However, we kindly ask that you refrain from using flash during the ceremony—we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment. If you share any photos or videos on social media, please tag the bride and groom and don’t forget to use our wedding hashtag: #WinningAsWilliamson 📸💍✨

Question

Will there be an open bar or alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely 🥂 We’ll have an open bar for you to enjoy throughout the evening. So come ready to raise a glass, celebrate, and dance the night away with us! 🍾💃🏽🕺🏽 As there will be no alcohol purchases, we just kindly ask that you tip the bartender and show them a little love while they keep the drinks flowing. Cheers!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be indoors, so no need to worry about the weather. Just come dressed to celebrate and ready to enjoy a beautiful evening with us!

Question

Who can I contact on the day of the wedding or talk to about any issues at the ceremony?

Answer

If anything comes up on the big day, we kindly ask that you do not contact the bride or groom—they’ll be soaking in every moment! Instead, we’ve designated two amazing people to help with any day-of needs: • Stephanie Pine (sister of the bride) • Tankiya Weldon (sister of the groom) They will be available to answer any questions and will make sure any concerns are directed to the appropriate person. Thank you for helping us keep the day stress-free and joyful 💐📋

Question

What if I can’t make the wedding after I RSVP?

Answer

If something comes up and you’re no longer able to attend after RSVPing, please let us know as soon as possible. We would truly hate to pay for a guest who isn’t present, so we kindly ask that you be considerate and keep us in the loop. Your honesty helps us plan with care and love ❤️
