What began as a simple invitation to sophomore homecoming has grown into a lifetime of love and shared dreams. Bryson and Brittany’s story started long before that dance. Growing up in the same church, they spent years together as friends, attending youth group, traveling on mission trips, and building a strong foundation of faith and friendship. So when Bryson asked Brittany to the homecoming, her "yes" came easily. That night was filled with joy and laughter, and though the only slow dance of the evening found Bryson momentarily alone on the dance floor (Brittany was just catching her breath after dancing all night!), he remained hopeful and quietly persistent. From that night on, the two shared countless sweet moments, late-night phone calls, spontaneous Wednesday ice cream runs, and time spent simply enjoying each other's company. It wasn’t long before feelings began to grow. But when Bryson learned that Brittany wasn’t allowed to date in high school, he made a decision that defined their relationship: he waited. And on June 5, 2021, after Brittany graduated, Bryson finally asked the not-so-small question, “Will you be my girlfriend?” Since then, their journey has been full of adventure and love, mission trips, family vacations to Canada, two unforgettable trips to Washington D.C., high school and college race days, classroom setups, FaceTime calls, endless date days, and dance parties that never seem to end. Through it all, they’ve supported each other, grown together, and built a relationship grounded in faith, patience, and joy. Now, they’re stepping into the next chapter, so grateful to be each other’s once-in-a-lifetime. Bryson and Brittany are each other’s one and only, and they couldn’t be more excited to become each other’s forever.
