Question
When should I arrive?
Answer
We will be traveling to the Gorge on Thursday, October 2nd. Friday morning/afternoon can be used to explore the area and Friday evening/night will be the welcome party. The bridal party will get ready together Saturday and the wedding will be Saturday evening. We will all travel home on Sunday.

Will there be shuttles to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, for guests staying in the lodges/cabins on Cliffside Resort, there will be a shuttle. Please see the travel page for more information.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a welcome party?
Answer
Yes! All guests are invited to the welcome party Friday, October 3rd at the Cliffview Resort. Time to be determined.

Is there hiking close by?
Answer
YES! There are tons of great trails in the Red River Gorge. Check out All Trails to find a hike close to your cabin.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We encourage all guests to wear cocktail attire.
Question
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside and will not be covered. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
