Melissa and Brittany met during a prep class to pass a physical test for PGFD. They have formed a bond over the last 10 or so years that could never be broken. They have had many nights together they don't remember but made memories that would last a life time. They are permanent travel buddies and can't wait to see more parts of the world together! Brittany could never have such a big moment in life like this and not include someone like Melissa to be a part of it. Thanks to Melissa for always being there when Brittany has needed you and thanks for becoming the party partner that Tonya has always needed.
Antonio Richards

Antonio and Brittany met during their academy class with PGFD. Brittany and Antonio both knew every morning they pulled in the parking lot to both of them playing "Body Party" there was going to be something between them. They have had many crazy nights out together and done some crazy trips. There has been a lot of ups and downs but at the end of the day this is one person Brittany knows will always say "Yes, when and where, and I'm there." Brittany and Antonio may not talk every day but when they get back together its like nothing has ever changed and that is HUGE to Brittany! It wouldn't feel right if Brittany didn't have Antonio by her side on this big day.
Alison Cross

Alison and Tonya became the perfect big/little sister match ever since they first met at Mount Holyoke College. Whether it was practicing their Spanish lessons by day, or gathering together with friends on the weekends in D.C. during their school breaks, Alison and Tonya have always remained a close pair. They had no idea their interconnections with their many mutual childhood friends/classmates, but now they have grown close enough to call each other family. Thanks for always being a loyal, true friend to Tonya, and for creating yet another memory with both Tonya and Brittany.
Morgan Edwards

Tonya met Morgan their freshman year of college through a mutual friend. They had no idea that their friendship would continue to thrive this long. Morgan and Tonya are always quick to throw witty, funny jabs at each other, but at the end of the day, Morgan has been one of Tonya's most reliable best friends. Morgan has always given Tonya the most sound advice, even when she may not have liked it, and they've continued to support each other through some of their hardest times. Tonya immediately knew that Morgan would be the perfect groomsmen to celebrate with on this big day!

Bernie and Tonya are truly life long friends, having known each other since they were in the fourth grade. They were always an inseparable pair throughout school, and even maintained their close friendship throughout their college years. Tonya couldn't have asked for a better person to celebrate this special day with. Thanks for always being the best friend to share awkward, funny moments with. #amoeba

Brittany and Kirk met at the firehouse and created a brother & sister bond. Kirk is a person we could always hit up day or night and he would be there for both Brittany and Tonya. When the three of them get together its always a good time wether they are just talking and playing games or they are out tearing up the town. Kirk has become a little brother to Brittany and Tonya both and they needed Kirk to be a part of this day.
Blanca Cruz

Brittany and Blanca met in the police academy. Blanca was a very quiet person and everyone knows Brittany is the complete opposite of that. Brittany needed to open up Blanca's bright personality and help her realize all that she has to offer. Brittany and Blanca are probably the most complete opposites you would ever meet but they are like two peas in a pod. Blanca is yet another person in Brittany and Tonya's life that they can always count on no matter the circumstances. Blanca, Brittany could not have gotten through the academy without your kind words and support and we could not get through this day without you by our sides.
James Murphy

Jim and Brittany first met about 9 years ago at the firehouse when Brittany was a rookie. Jim became one of Brittany's closest friends and was one of her first friends from the fire department. We have both seen each other at our bests and at our worsts, but we have always been there for each other throughout the years. Not only did Jim know Brittany, but he in-fact also became friends with Tonya through their former job, and convinced her to join the same station, bringing both Brittany and Tonya together. Not only is Jim one of Brittany's closest friends but also thanks to Jim, Brittany and Tonya would have never met, so it would only be right to include Jim in this special day.
Sabrina Harris

Tonya and Sabrina met their first semester of college, sharing many memories taking silly selfies, procrastinating with homework assignments, and many drunk nights dancing or laughing about their many dumb decisions. Despite their geographical distance after college, Tonya and Sabrina remained close, and although they may not speak for weeks, they always reconnect as if nothing has changed. Sabrina truly has become more than a friend to Tonya, but she is truly a sister she can rely on. Tonya can't wait to dance the whole night away with you Breena Dee!

Safiya and Tonya both met their sophomore year of college, and no one would think that this up front Brooklyn Mama would become besties with soft spoken Tonya. But they immediately became a duo that easily complimented each other, allowing them to laugh at the silliest moments, share their deepest vulnerabilities, and become serious when the time arises. Thanks for being a sincere friend and sister to Tonya, and completing our unbreakable trio with Sabrina. Tonya knows it's going to be a party with Safiya!

Mike and Brittany met during their academy class for PGFD. Mike is something like a package deal. Brittany would like to say that he came along with Melissa but in fact they hit it off as best friends before Mike and Melissa were even a thought. Mike still sticks around with Brittany, Tonya and Melissa even though we make fun of his terrible dad jokes and he thinks we never listen to him when he talks. Mike adds to the laughter and excitement of their trips around the world together. Mike has always been there for not only Brittany but also Tonya and what better person would we ask to marry us then Mike.
