Katie

Bridesmaid

Let's bring it back to 2nd grade where I attempted to convince everyone I was related to Britney Spears because we had the same name. Only one girl in my class called me out on my bs and we have been friends ever since! Through all our inside jokes, up's and downs, Katie has always been there for me. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing friend in my life. I love you ktb!

Jon

Co-Best Man

I met Jon at high school golf try-outs. Pleated pants, brand new shirt and shoes, and full blown 5 o'clock shadow; it was initially difficult to accept that he was in fact a freshman, but we became great friends and have been ever since. Jon and I share an ability to find humor in anything and have often had the most fun together doing absolutely nothing; just hanging out. Through the years we have done a lot together: golf, rugby, band, college roommates, college classes. Through everything Jon has been an incredibly genuine, caring, and great friend to me and Brittany.

Atalie, Emily, Marta, Julia

Bridesmaids

WOW. Is what comes to mind when I think about these incredible women I met in college. Not only are you all absolutely killing it in your professional careers (Lawyer, Veterinarian, IT specialist and Accountant), you guys are also the most genuine and best friends I could ever ask for. You all inspire me everyday and I know we can always count on each other. Thank you for being there for me not only on my special day but always.

Dan

Co-Best Man - Brother of the Groom

First of all, Dan saved me from drowning in a wave pool when I was 4. I wasn't big enough to escape my inflatable tube that tipped in the waves; Dan got me above water! He probably doesn't remember that, but he will absolutely remember that I spent more time sleeping in his bed than my own. I always loved just being around and seeing what he was doing. I imagine that probably being quite annoying looking back, and Dan let me know it; I just didn't care. When it came to making smart ass remarks, that is where I shined. Dan, being intelligent and kind, would sit back and enjoy my remarks while not having to take the punishment for making them. You're welcome, Dan.

Hannah, Marissa, Alex

Bridesmaids

I must have had some luck on my first day of medical school when I met these ladies. We bonded instantly and have been inseparable since. I would not have gotten this far, or more importantly stayed "sane", in medical school without them. I couldn't have asked for more supportive friends to laugh, cry, stress out, celebrate, and share this incredible journey with. Thank you so much for everything you all have done for me. It's my honor to have you standing by my side on my special day.

Brian

Groomsman

Brian and I met in summer golf camp and connected immediately as the only 2 people that didn't just attend the camp for cheap golf and to get away from our parents; we actually wanted to play and get better. We were roommates my first year at U of I and for several years after graduating. Brian is an extremely loyal friend that I could always count on to be responsible and help me when I decided to have a little too much fun out. I am extremely lucky to have Brian as a friend.

Connor

Groomsman - Brother of the Bride

I first met Connor when my girlfriend of one month decided we should fly to Boston to see her brother play soccer. Being Brittany's brother, I felt a need to impress Connor. I demonstrated my ability to pull over on the highway, throw up outside without leaving the car, and continue driving like nothing happened.....he was impressed! Connor has always treated me like part of the family, even early on which I have always appreciated. Goofball and shit talker; yes, but also extremely caring and kind hearted. I am very excited to call him my brother.

Scott

Groomsman

Scott and I developed our bromance the only real way one can....by being lifting partners. Even though we went to the same high school, I didn't get to know Scott until college. Both being into sports, lifting, and completely inept when it came to talking to girls; we clicked immediately. Whether it be random odd dancing, doing indian runs in the snow to get to parties quicker, or driving his car with the gas tank on E longer than any human, Scott always keeps things fun and exciting! Since college, Scott has lived in several different states, but every time we get together we pick up right where we left off. I feel very lucky to have Scott as a friend.

Matty, Ava, JP

Flower Girl and Ring Bearers

Niece and Nephews of the Groom. Brittany can't wait to officially be your "Auntie". We love you so much!

Peter

Groomsman - Brother-in-law of the Groom

Peter is my brother-in-law and moved in with my family while I was still at Harper community college. We became a Halo dynamic duo: FloppyGonad and FloppyTeste polluting young ears on Xbox live with what can only be described as.....odd and mildly offensive trash talk? Peter has always been a goofball that somehow managed to make my mom laugh even if she was pissed at us. I am extremely lucky to have Peter as a brother, and really grateful for a great niece and 2 great nephews!
