Our wedding will be a semi-formal event! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outside (weather permitting), so you may want to bring a jacket for after the sun goes down.
There will be a shuttle available to transport guests who are staying on property to the ceremony and back to their lodging after the reception. The shuttle is not able to transport guests off of Wintergreen property. Please view the shuttle information on the Travel page for more information.

Wintergreen Resort has a variety of on-property accommodations ranging from condos to houses for rent. You can view the accommodations on their website, but please call the toll-free number listed on the Accommodations & Travel page in order to receive the group rate on your reservation. The room block will be from 9/22-9/24. If you wish to extend your stay, please discuss with the staff at Wintergreen, who is happy to accommodate as availability permits. In order to utilize Wintergreen accommodations such as the golf course, spa, and the shuttle, you must book through Wintergreen.
