While we won't be booking a hotel room block due to rate variations, scheduling complexities, and abundance of hotel options in the area, we wanted to provide some information about nearby hotels for your convenience. The special rates (GOVT/AAA, etc) are still available and a bit lower than the standard rates - be sure to check for best rates :) Hyatt Place Fredericksburg: Located 4 miles from the venue, offering spacious rooms and suites and free breakfast. Hilton Homewood Suites: Located 2.5 miles from the venue, offering spacious suites with full kitchen and free breakfast. Holiday Inn Express: Located 7 miles from the venue, offering clean spacious rooms and free breakfast. You can find more information and book your reservation directly through the hotel websites or by calling their contact numbers. We understand this may require additional planning compared to a hotel block.
