Ryan and Brittany first met at Oak Park Ice Arena in Stockton, California, when they were just kids, around 11 and 12 years old. Brittany had recently moved from Bolton, Ontario, Canada, and naturally, one of the first things she wanted to do was find a place to ice skate. During her first public skate on a Friday night, she and her brother stumbled upon a group of local kids who were regulars at the rink, Ryan included. The two hit it off right away and stayed friends for many years. The two reconnected in the summer of 2015 when Brittany's brother began working at the ice rink — this time, something more sparked between them. They began dating in September 2015, and the rest, as they say, is history!
