Parking?

Answer

FREE valet parking will be provided for all guests. Strongly encouraged to book a nearby hotel & use Uber/Lyft because there will be an open bar. No vehicles can be left on-site overnight. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Kids?

The only kids that will be present at the wedding will be apart of the bridal party. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Hotels?

Answer

Room blocks are reserved at Element Ewing Hotel. Uber/Lyft/Cab are highly recommended getting to & from the venue, but we will provide free valet parking during the ceremony & reception for guests who choose to drive.

Pictures?

Answer

Please NO pictures during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer & videographer on site that will take photos of us & our guests during the ceremony. Personal photos are allowed to be taken during the cocktail hour & reception. Please use hashtag #HappilyEverHeisers when posting photos.

Smoking?

Smoking is allowed, but ONLY at the designated smoking areas. Please respect the property by smoking in designated areas ONLY.

Due to COVID-19, we are limited to the amount of guests. If you do not have a plus one, please do not bring one. In addition, if you did not RSVP by August 24th then you are not counted for. Reminder: Please wear comfortable shoes since our ceremony & reception will be celebrated outside on grass.
