What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by December 2026 at the latest, or before. The sooner the better if you know you can come. :) You can RSVP here on our website, just go to the tab and search your name.

What type of room should we book?
Answer
Every room at the Excellence resorts is nice, so you don't ever lose out by getting the cheapest room. However, if you can upgrade to an Excellence Club type room, we would recommend doing that! You get some great perks, and your room will be in the same building as those who also booked the Excellence Club in the group. We would recommend an Excellence Club Junior Swim Up Suite (Pool View or Ocean View). We have booked an Ocean View Swim-Up in Building 7a. If you want to upgrade even further, there are also two-story rooftop suites and other luxury suites available. What is included in the Excellence Club upgrade?

When you upgrade to an Excellence Club room, you get premium perks such as private check-in/out, complimentary chilled champagne and fruit basket in the room when you enter, dedicated concierge, access to Excellence Club Bar and Magna Restaurant, private pool and beach area, premium liquor in the rooms, a complimentary Hydrotherapy session for each couple/person at the Miilé Spa, and more!

How do I arrange transportation to and from the hotel?
Answer
Private transportation is often included in your stay, double check that your booking includes it before checking out. If it isn’t, it can be added on. Once you have your flight booked, you can schedule your pickup/drop-off times. You can find the link to do that in your booking email. The company they contract out to do this is called Seasons Transfers. Their drivers are always friendly and professional, and the vehicles they pick you up in are usually pretty nice! Book your transportation as soon as you can, do not wait until the last minute! They will send you a confirmation email. Keep this on hand with you when you arrive. When you arrive in Cancun and go outside the airport, walk straight past the vendors, and you will see the Seasons Transfers area at the very end. Do not accept any offers from other vendors/drivers.

The Excellence Riviera Cancun is an adults-only resort, so children are not permitted.
