It all began during Brittany's junior year and Andrew's senior year at Mizzou. Brittany needed a ride home from teaching at the Jewish Sunday School in Columbia, MO. Andrew, who was also teaching there, was recommended by a mutual friend as someone who could drive Brittany home. There was an instant connection. Fast forward a few weeks and it was now Andrew who needed the ride home from Sunday School. Andrew got into Brittany's car (Chloe) and the two took a detour to the grocery store and this is where the relationship was truly born. Countless grocery store trips, vacations, celebrations, and many more memories later, it’s time to get married! We can't wait to celebrate with you all!

After attending a comedy show the night prior, we spent the morning getting ready to go to lunch and a quick trip to the Lincoln Park Conservatory... so Brittany thought. Our friends, Mary and Luke, accompanied us to the Conservatory, where Andrew almost immediately proposed after walking in. After the initial shock and tears slowed down, we walked into the orchid room, where Brittany was surprised by both of our families. The rest of the day included a family lunch at Pizzeria Due and then the surprises continued as more of our friends and family arrived in waves throughout the day. The next highlight of the day came when Brittany walked into a packed surprise engagement party at McGee's. Finally the weekend concluded with an incredible evening at Red Head Piano Bar, followed by a brunch at Andrew's mom's the next morning!
