Why do I have to wait until June 2019 to contact Brittany's mom about accommodations?

Answer

Owners will typically hold out renting by the night until they see that no one has rented the entire week. Toni will be able to better negotiate nightly rates if you hold off as long as possible. And yes, we think there is a really good chance you can get something, but it's up to you!

What do we mean by "beach chic"?

Answer

Men may wear a suit or a blazer and slacks. If it's hot, wear a button down! For the chicas, any length dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits.

Will there be shuttles?

Answer

YES. We rented some LBI Jitneys that will bring guests from Drifting Sands and Surf City rental houses to the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle running from 10 PM - 12 AM that will drop you off anywhere on the island. Let us know where you're staying to properly coordinate.

We are registered for a small selection of items at Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, and Williams Sonoma.

What does a cocktail-style dinner mean?

Answer

There will be seating available for guests - but no set seats. Why you might ask? The answer is two-fold - 1) we want all you lovely people to mix and mingle 2) ample dance space is very important! We are still having a cocktail hour (would we really not have a raw bar on LBI?), but when dinner is served, the room will be set up with various stations (salad, veggies, starches, pasta, carving, etc.) that you can mosey over to whenever you desire. You can think of it as a 3 hour long cocktail hour. Please note there will be a coat rack available to place your coat and any other belongings on - since you need to put your stuff somewhere while you are on the dance floor!
