Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour and reception will follow indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM, so please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:50 PM to get settled.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. The venue kindly requests all cars be moved from the parking lot by 10 am the following day.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire- suit and tie, snazzy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, etc.

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our budget allows us to invite only those listed on the invitation.

What is a duet-style meal?

Answer

Our venue serves duet-style plated meals, which simplifies things for the caterer. This means the bride and groom select two main dishes, and each guest receives both on their plate. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include that information when you RSVP. Vegetarian and vegan/gluten-free options are available.

Is there transportation between the venue and the hotel?

Answer

Yes! A bus will drive guests from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. The bus to the venue will leave the hotel at 4:15pm and the bus back to the hotel will leave at 11:15pm. The bus has limited space so if you need to take the bus and did not rsvp that you would be taking the bus, please let us know as soon as possible.
