Hotel
We have reserved a second block of hotel rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott after filling the Fairfield block. The room rates are the same between the two hotels. The hotels are right next to each other and share the same parking lot. Please use the link to book by May 20th for the discounted rate. Like the Fairfield, check in is at 3 p.m. for the Courtyard, so our guests arriving on Saturday will have time to make the shuttle from the Fairfield.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for our guests. For our guests arriving Saturday, check in begins at 3 p.m. which allows you time to still make the shuttle to the venue. Our Fairfield block has been filled. Additional rooms have been blocked at the Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport.
Shuttle
June 20, 2026 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
We will be providing a shuttle service between the Fairfield and Timberlodge. There will be one shuttle to the venue departing at 3:45 pm. There will be three returning shuttles, 9:00 pm, 10:00 p.m. and 11:20 pm. For Guests staying at the Courtyard, the shuttle will still leave from and return to the Fairfield. The two hotels share the same parking lot so it is only a short walk between the two.
