It was the summer of 2018 and Brittany had just moved to Mexico to work at Rancho la Hermosa Orphanage. The Orphanage had not even opened, and shortly after moving, the founder gave her Nathan's number because he was interested in bringing a small group to help out at the Orphanage. Brittany was super intrigued by Nathan the moment she heard his voice on the phone for the first time. They got the trip planned and met in person with Nathan's team that July. This first meeting went great but neither were thinking about a relationship at that point. About nine months later Nathan took another trip down to the orphanage to do some video work. Brittany was excited to see him again but unfortunately had to take her cousin to the airport so she missed him! Luckily, she was heading up to LA for a couple of days to take some time off. In the meantime, Nathan posted a photo on Instagram at the Orphanage and Brittany messaged him about how the day went. They got to talking and Nathan expressed an interest to see her to catch up. Little did he know, Brittany was already in LA and excited to see him! So they scheduled a time, went and got drinks, and their relationship grew quickly from there. A trip to San Diego, many Google Duo dates, Marco Polo's, and a trip to Mexico later, they were official!

Brittany was visiting Nathan for the first time in Boise since he moved. Nathan had told her about how some friends were planning a trip to McCall and we decided to join them for a night. Little did Brittany know, this entire trip was planned around Nathan proposing. As they made the drive from Boise to McCall, Nathan told Brittany that his friends were setting up a spot to watch the sunset. We found our way to the spot as the sun was setting and as they were walking through the snow, Nathan grabbed Brittany's hand and confessed that he had been lying to her a lot lately. As she looked up she saw lights in the trees and a path to a rug with a vase of flowers. They walked over, Nathan proposed, and she said yes!
