What do I need to know?

When you arrive at the hotel, upon check in, inform the staff you are there for the Villalona-Ferreira Wedding. They will give you a program and hotel map to help during your stay. After visiting the resort, we have come up with a list of things you may want to bring to make your stay the best it can be! We recommend you bring: -a reusable cup/straw for drinks by the pool. -your own toiletries (we didn't love the brands they provide) -The weather is looks like it may be on the chillier side, bring a light cover up if needed.

Shuttle Transportation

These are the packages our shuttle provider offers: Available Airport Transfers : Deluxe Private Transfer (SUV, Suburban or similar) One way arrival: $120 USD. Round trip: $239USD *The quoted rate is for a maximum of 4 guests. (water, soda and beer included on board) Private Transfer One way arrival: $ 59 USD Round trip: $118 USD. *The quoted rate is for a maximum of 6 guests. Shuttle (shared) One way arrival: $17 USD p/p. Dry Cleaning and Steaming Services
Answer
Many guests have inquired about getting their clothing steamed for the wedding. Our coordinator advised everyone to request the service from their hotel phone when they arrive. We are still waiting on pricing information for these services but they are available.

Should you exchange your USD$ for Mexican Pesos?
Answer
It's not necessary but you can if you'd like. Most places charge fees to use a debit/credit card so we'd recommend bringing enough cash to last your stay so you don't have to use your card if you don't have to. You can exchange and get change for smaller bills at the front desk.

Should you pre-pay for the boat?
Answer
Yes, kindly send the money for the boat excursion to Brittany at your earliest convenience. Only bring money for any purchases on the island and if you want to include any extra gratuity for the boat staff/transportation staff (18% is already included). The cost is $95 per person! All costs incurred on the island are to each their own. The beach club is a served part of the beach that has rentable beach chairs, food and drinks.

Super Bowl Plans

We had originally intended on gathering everyone around the main bar to watch the game. The hotel informed us that it will be shown by the main pool. We are awaiting their response as to where exactly the game is being shown, we may want to venture outside of the hotel on Sunday if we can find a better venue elsewhere. We'll keep everyone updated on this as well.
