FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Let’s make it official (just like we’re about to). Please RSVP by November 23rd— because planning a party in paradise takes a little prep! 💃🌴 Whether you’re saying “heck yes!” or “cheers from afar,” we’d love to hear from you by then. 💌

Question

Can I bring a card/gift to the venue?

Answer

Your presence in Puerto Rico is the best gift we could ask for! We kindly ask that no gifts or cards be brought to the wedding. Let’s keep luggage light and the vibes high! If you’d like to send something, feel free to mail it to us before the big day: 2251 W Saint Paul Ave Apt 2GG Chicago, IL 60647 Thank you for your love, support, and for helping us keep things light and easy while we celebrate in paradise! 💌🌴

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but this party is strictly 18+! Leave the babysitters in charge, and come ready to sip, dance, and celebrate kid-free with us!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Put down the phone, pick up the champagne—it’s time to be present! We’re going phone-free during the ceremony so you can fully soak in the magic and not miss a single moment (we promise we’ll share the pics later—promise!). No texting, no instagramming, just love, laughter, and maybe a few happy tears! 📸💍

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We’re all about that pink vibe! For our wedding, we’re encouraging guests to dress in fun and fabulous pink cocktail attire. Whether it’s soft blush, bold fuchsia, or anything in between—let's get pretty in pink and add some extra color to our celebration! Please see dress code section on website for ideas.

Question

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at the beautiful Calle de Rogativa in Old San Juan—just in time for golden hour! ✨ We’re so excited to exchange vows as the sun sets over the colorful streets and ocean views. A few things to keep in mind: Since it’s an outdoor ceremony, the weather can be a bit warm during the day, but it will cool down nicely as the evening progresses. Comfy shoes are a must for walking on cobblestone streets. Sunglasses or a hat are a great idea if you're arriving early and want to shield yourself from the sun. Please refer to schedule section of website for more details.

Question

What’s the weather like in San Juan in January?

Answer

Escape the cold winter blues and join us in sunny San Juan! 🌞 January in Puerto Rico is typically warm and gorgeous, with temperatures ranging from the low 70s to mid-80s °F. It's the perfect tropical getaway to leave the winter chill behind! Be sure to pack light, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the sun, but don’t forget a light jacket or sweater for the cooler evenings. And sunscreen is a must to soak up all those sunny vibes!

Question

What kind of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

As self-proclaimed foodies, we’re so excited to treat you to a 4-course dining experience that combines traditional Puerto Rican flavors with contemporary culinary twists. Think of it as a foodie’s paradise, where every bite is an adventure in flavor! And don’t forget, with an open bar flowing all night, you’ll be sipping and savoring every moment! 🍸 Come hungry and ready for a feast—we can’t wait to share our love for food with you!

Question

Do you have any dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the delicious food at our wedding! If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priority, and we’re excited to make sure there’s something tasty for everyone to enjoy! 🍽️✨
