Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour will include cheese and crackers, fruit, cocktail meatballs in cranberry and chipotle sauce and chicken tostadas with cheese.

Reception

6:00 pm

Entrees include; chicken enchiladas, beef taco (birria style with consomme), pork carnitas, chicken thighs for tacos. Sides include; cilantro lime rice, yellow rice, black beans, refried beans, Elote, roasted zucchini and cotija cheese, vegetable medley. Toppings include; Guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled red onions, Cilantro, white onions, cheese, salsa verde, crema, and homemade tortilla chips
