What's my minimum and maximum stay?

Answer

Room block length of stay is 3 nights (9th-12th) but it can be adjusted to your preference. Before and/or after the wedding.

Will we be outside for the wedding?

It will all be outside for the wedding, weather permitting.

Do you have a schedule for what the day will look like?

Ceremony-5-5:30pm Cocktail Reception-5:30-6:30pm Reception-6:30-10:30pm

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes, with a few exceptions.

Do we have to book a specific room category?

Answer

No, there are 5 room categories with special rates for our group.

What if I want to change my length of stay? Or upgrade my room?

If I change the dates on the link that was given why does the price change so much?

The link posted is the link for certain dates only. (4/8-4/12) You have to book through those days and then email pvrpa_res@hilton.com for pricing differences and to change dates.
