Payment Due Dates

Initial deposit of $100 per person due when reserving a room. Second deposit of $400 per person due October 1st. Final balance due by December 1st. **all rooms will be released on November 1st. If you would like to be a part of our room block you must reserve by then.

Flight

Hotel/Airport Transportation

When booking through out room block, transportation is provided to and from the airport and our hotel, Now Amber. If you would like to take advantage of this, please let Peter know your flight information when booked.
