Wedding Party

Below are our special people who will standing be by our side on our Wedding day

Austin Nowak

Man of Honor

Austin is my best friend, confidant, brother and now Man of Honor. He is always giving me a hard time but what else would you expect from your little brother. From our younger years pulling pranks on each other like locking me in the basement or pouring water on my pillow until adulthood we continued to grow closer. We were fortunate enough to attend college together, travel through Europe, and golf for many years side by side. We always have a fun time together and we know exactly how to push each others buttons. I share him as a brother with most of my friends/cousins. If you cant find him on the golf course we are usually chatting on the phone as he left me to be a snowbird in Florida.

Rachelle Chrysler

Best Woman

Rach is my older sister and she has always been my confidant. As she is my only sibling, she has always been in direct line of fire for my annoyance. We grew up together, reluctantly traveling to each others sporting events or her cheerleading competitions. Being her younger brother, I wanted to do whatever it was that she was doing. Even when we were kids and she got to go into Tops with our mom but I wasn't allowed to, I always wanted to tag along. The irony in this story however, now that the wedding date is set, and this is a once in a lifetime experience, I suppose she can tag along with me on this one. She has been many things in my life. A best friend, a reliable brunch date, a confidant, a problem, and now my best woman.

Julia Martin- Velez

Matron of Honor

We became instant friends after we both learned how home sick we were during our first year of college. I returned to Buffalo but knew that our friendship was different; we spent our freshman summer together traveling between the OBX and Maine which caused me to reenroll at NCSU. The rest was history and our facebooks have many photos that documented our fun. Our friendship has survived the distance from NC to NY as we remained in our respective states following graduation. Now I share Julia with her beautiful daughter Luna.

Jenna Arcuri

Bridesmaid

Jenna is my younger cousin. She would force me to do dance routines at a young age with her even though my dance skills were always lack luster and hers were incredible. As her how we fought when she made the competition team and I did not, mad is an understatement. We rekindled our friendship in HS when we both made cheerleading together. We built some pretty awesome pyramids back then. Since HS she has never missed a chance to visit me in college, grad school, and everywhere in between. She is my favorite person to hit the dance floor with and we tend to have very long extensive conversations, she is a talker. Her special skill is her astrology information, she offers her skills to anyone who asks or doesn't.

Noel Barr

Bridesmaid

Nol is my older cousin. As kids we would be found golfing together or roaming around our dads shop. Golf is a loose term because that also included cartwheels in the fairway, ball hawking, and playing island with our other cousins. Now that we actually golf she is my favorite woman to play with. Her sense of humor is what keeps us close we have seen many comedians live crying in laughter. She will also see any movie with you, big time movie junkie. She is a softie and knows how to break down my hard exterior to find my softest side. She has remained a constant in my life from a young age and isn't afraid to give me the hard truth.

Lindsay Penna

Bridesmaid

We interviewed for PA school together. After we both started school we became close friends and would study together. We traveled to Europe for a month traveling around the Mediterranean sea, that's when I knew for sure Lindsay was my forever friend. We have remained close despite her moves to NYC and Arizona. Lindsay is now my personal allergist and educator on all things mom and health related.

Abigail Coleman

Bridesmaid

Abby and I met at Rockpile Crossfit around 3 years ago. We were close friends right from the start. She is my fellow bossy babe and lisp talker. She and her husband Greg have been around for the entirety of Loyld and Is relationship, our couple to frequent double dates with.

Jace Hill

Groomsman

Jace and I first started hanging out when we were kids, wandering outside lacrosse arenas, and you can even say, wandering aimlessly on the lacrosse floor as well. We grew up traveling Ontario together to various lacrosse games, tournaments, and practices. Which then led to a lifelong friendship. We've had countless laugh over the years. From Jace wearing do-rags while we played basketball in the city, getting stuck in trees, and shooting the ball around and losing it for 10 minutes, only to find it stuck in his belly button. He's been there through all my ups and downs, and has been a great friend over the years.

George Pineda

Groomsman

I was first introduced to George when we were kids, in elementary school. We shared an interest and passion for lacrosse, and again, travelled both in high school and in Canada to play. Our friendship lasted past our years in high school and even had a brief stint living together. He is a man of few words--that is of course until you get some drinks in him--and despite his inability to put his dishes in the dishwasher, his presence and friendship is nevertheless, still very much valued and appreciated.

Jesse Fish

Groomsman

I knew Jesse since we were little kids. Our friendship became closer as we aged, and no we did not play lacrosse together, but we did have a lot of fun in gaming. Jesse, George, and myself always hung-out together, and had many sleepless nights due to gaming, but it was always a blast. We have wandered the streets of NYC together, where our friendship became closer as we both had to navigate our next move, while dealing with our slightly intoxicated friend, George. His ball busting humor and sarcasm, regardless of how annoying it may get, makes him either hilarious or a pain. Nevertheless, he is still a good person and an even better friend.

Fernando Pineda

Groomsman

Fernando aka Fez, is someone I knew from growing up. His goofy personality makes him a like-able guy, and his ability to take a beating on the lacrosse field, is something to be admired. Over the years he has become my personal athletic trainer, primary care doctor, dietician, masseuse, and gym buddy. We've had plenty of serious and mindless conversations over the years, whether it was at Judy's getting wings, or at the gym. Like a Chameleon, he has been many things in my life, and now he has evolved from my bench press spotter, to one of my groomsmen.

Gregory Coleman

Groomsman

Greg and I met later in my life at a local crossfit gym. We both had a shared interest in fitness, and through that, our friendship grew. If we weren't racing each-other inside the gym, we were probably talking about trailer park boys and Randy's dirty burgers. We have travelled to Vermont to go skiing, where he saw me at my most vulnerable state, and also witnessed me possibly dislocate my hip. I frequently go to his house for the usual Bills sunday, and do whatever crazy workout he comes up with for us to do in his garage. He is a good friend and it's only fitting I ask my one time Olympic Weightlifting Programmer to be a groomsmen.
