FAQs

Question

Are there COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

At this time, we do not have a pulse on the COVID restrictions that will be in place. However, there is a reasonable expectation of some restrictions that all attendees should be prepared to comply with. If you are not feeling well, please do NOT feel it necessary to attend. If large gatherings cause you discomfort, please do NOT feel it necessary to attend. If you have any further questions, please direct them to the Bride or Groom.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. Men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We want you to enjoy an evening with us without having to worry about anything else but how sore your feet are gonna be from dancing all night!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony, we're asking everyone to be unplugged and in the moment with us. We promise to share professional photos with all! But after? GO WILD!!! #HappilyEverRoberts

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! We will start promptly at 4:30pm!

Question

What if I'm late?

Answer

You will be denied entry. No late arrivals. No exceptions. The wedding ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. The venue will secure the doors to all outside persons at 4:15 P.M. Please be respectful of our once in a lifetime event.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking unfortunately will not be free. General parking will be available in the Circle Center Mall parking garages for a fee. There will also be Valet parking at the Conrad Hotel which is connected to the venue. It too will have a fee.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverRoberts2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
