Kyle's Version- At an awful rugby party that I was dragged to (not invited) was where we first laid drunken eyes upon each other. Not knowing how to really talk to girls at the time, I blurted out the first compliment I could come up with; "I LIKE YOUR SHOES" I said over the loud, horrible party music. We went on to become beer pong partners that night and won all of the games... ever. I knew after the party that Brittany was pretty cool. Months later, Brittany decided to finally text me and we started going out. Brittany's Version- In a small town, far, far away, I decided to go to a house party with my favorite people in the world, the rugby team. When I arrived, of course I was the life of the party- greeting everyone and having the time of my life. All of a sudden, I noticed a cute, shy boy in the corner. Exuding confidence, I strutted over to him and asked him what his name was. He quickly blurted out that he liked my shoes and the first spark flew. I found out he was a Minnesota nice boy and that was the last straw. I knew I liked this kid. As the reigning champion of Beer Pong in all of Montana, I humbled myself and asked this lowly creature to be my partner. We dominated all the games. Six months later, I had just finished winning a game of poker and was bored out of my mind. I looked at my phone and saw Kyle's number. I texted him and he answered immediately- he had probably been staring at his phone for the last 6 months. He picked me up, I took one look at his car and I almost ran for my life. His car had a velvet, red interior with the lowest seats I had ever sat in. I literally fell into his car and we drove to a pizza place. He made a stupid dad joke and I spit pizza all over the table and both of our slices. Covered in drool, that was the moment I knew I was going to spend the rest of my life with this crusty, greasy skater boy. Only the people at the party that night know the real story...
