What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5:00pm sharp. We ask guests to arrive at 4:30pm to allow time to park and walk to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Valet at Calamigos Ranch is complimentary.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided from Westlake Village Inn to Calamigos Ranch and back at the end of the evening. Please see the transportation schedule below. Hotel to Venue: • Depart at 4:00pm Venue to Hotel: • The first bus will depart at 9:00pm • The second bus will depart at 10:30pm
