We’re getting married!

Justin and Britt met in the spring of 2020. They bickered over baseball. Britt is a New York Yankees fan while Justin’s loyalty (sadly) lies with the Boston Red Sox. They became inseperable and soon realized that “house divided, hearts united” was their new reality. They bonded over their love of sports. Britt played volleyball & softball while Justin played baseball & football. Very quickly, they became a family with a four year old pup (Brady) and a three year old cat (Nahla). They spent Thanksgiving with Justin’s family and Christmas with Britt’s family. Their families both welcomed them with open arms. In March, they bought a house in Winder, GA. Justin managed to get Britt, a girl from outside NYC into a rural setting while Britt managed to get Justin to live in a town with a stop light. In April, Justin surprised Britt with two puppies (Zuko & Kenickie) to add to their animal house. On July 4th, 2021 a spontaneous (planned the day of) trip to Britt’s favorite place in the world, the cottage on Lake Ontario where she had spent endless summers outside with her wonderful yet loud, huge family. Justin passed with flying colors with Britt’s family as they could see she was truly happy. On July 6th, 2021, Justin suggested they take a walk down at the beach. Little did Britt know but, Kendra and Bobby (her siblings) were army crawling across the lawn to hide behind a tree to take pictures. After watching their children roll on the ground and hide behind a tree, Britt’s parents knew something was up and headed down to the beach. Justin and Britt were walking along when Justin began to ask questions about different cottages and islands, drawing Britt’s view away from him. When he asked another question, Britt realized Justin was no longer beside but now behind her. Britt turned around to see Justin on one knee, with the sunset over the calm lake, asking her to marry him. Now, they are planning a wedding at Chateau Elan for November 19th, 2022!
