Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Black-Tie Attire Requested In honor of the elegance and historic charm of the Bourne Mansion, we kindly request that guests adhere to a formal dress code. Our goal is to create a timeless and cohesive aesthetic, both for the celebration itself and the photographs we will cherish for years to come. Ladies: Floor-length gowns in classic tones or summery hues. Bring on the color and glamour! Dresses with tasteful slits or elegant high-low silhouettes are absolutely welcome. The bridal party will be wearing gold and champagne tones; however, guests are welcome to wear similar shades if they wish. Gentlemen: A suit and tie are required; tuxedos are warmly welcomed. Light suits in neutral tones (tan, grey, navy, or black) are perfectly acceptable.

How do I make my entree selection?

Answer

No need to put your selection beforehand. A menu of options will be provided at your seat during the reception. Guests will have the opportunity to select from a vegetarian, a seafood, and two meat entrées to best suit their preferences.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, valet parking is available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 5:30-5:45 so you can grab a glass of champagne, walk through the mansion and find your seat in the grounds.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided between the Holiday Inn Long Island - Islip Arpt East by IHG and our venue. Note this hotel is the only one to have the shuttle service. It will have nonstop back and forth services starting at 5:15 p.m. The venue is exactly 20 minutes away from the hotel.
