What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional, Formal Attire, please! Men : Tuxedo or Suit Jacket, dress shirt, dress pants, tie and dress shoes Women : Long or Short evening gowns including cocktail dresses, pant suit Please NO jeans, sweats, capris, etc.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

We are registered at MyRegistry.com and the link can be found on the "Registry" tab!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please begin to arrive at least fifteen minutes before start time!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Ceremony: will be unplugged - therefore, no photos or videos will be taken during that time except by our photographers! Do not worry you will absolutely be able to get photos after the wedding! Reception: Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyElmendorfAfter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
