Question

How do I find the venue?

Answer

After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for our names and the brown "Equestria West: Event Parking" sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage!

I heard there's a road closure and detour. What's the best way to get there?

Answer

Intersection closed at 82nd St. July 15th - Late September Detour #1 (coming from Chanhassen) Turn left onto Hazeltine Blvd | Turn right onto Pioneer Trail | Turn right onto Bavaria Rd | Turn right into the Bavaria Downs Property Detour #2 (coming from Chanhassen) Continue on Hwy 5, past Bavaria Rd | Turn left onto Victoria Dr | Turn left onto 86th street | Turn right onto Bavaria Rd | Turn left into the Bavaria Downs Property Detour #3 (coming from Victoria) Turn right onto Victoria Dr | Turn left onto 86th street | Turn right onto Bavaria Rd | Turn left into the Bavaria Downs Property Detour #4 (coming from Bavaria Rd North) Turn right onto Highway 5 | Turn left onto Victoria Dr | Turn left onto 86th street | Turn right onto Bavaria Rd | Turn left into the Bavaria Downs Property

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both on-site. There is plenty of parking on-site, and vehicles can be left overnight and picked up by 10:00 am the following day. We will also have a shuttle from the hotels for those who prefer not to drive.

Will shuttles be available?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available from both hotels with reserved blocks. They will run before the ceremony and during/after the reception. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but if you plan to party hard with us and take full advantage of the open bar, please utilize the shuttles. :)

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, Amazon, and Home Depot (via MyRegistry). Wedding gifts are greatly appreciated but your presence is the real gift!

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know and we will pass the info on to the caterer.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested but we want the party to be fun and comfortable for everyone, so wear what makes you feel best!
