There is a large parking lot on the side of the building where guests can freely park. There may be parking attendant to help guide you into a parking spot.
No. This is a liability issue for the venue. They simply request that you make accommodations for driving should you feel you will be unable to drive after the wedding.
The venue does not offer these services; however, you can call for an Uber or a cab. If you are staying at the hotel that the bride and groom listed, you can use the shuttle service provided.
The main course will be a pecan crusted chicken with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables. Hor'devours will be provided at cocktail hour. If you are allergic to tree nuts, may have a food allergy, or have dietary restrictions, please consider eating beforehand. Salad will be provided for guests as well.
No. You do not need to pay for your beverages at the wedding; however, cash tips would be appreciated by bartending staff.
Send off will be at 9:00 p.m. and guests will be expected to leave by 10:00 p.m. Please make sure your ride accommodations are in place before 9:00 p.m. Remember to please not leave your vehicle parked overnight. It will be towed.
A gift is not required; however, if you are bringing a gift or a card, the wedding coordinator will show you where to place them before you enter for the ceremony.
The dress code is cocktail or dressy casual. There will be dancing, so make sure to wear shoes that are comfortable enough to groove in! Cowboy boots are welcome!
