Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. If attending the church ceremony, please dress appropriately for mass (ex. “Sunday best”). For the reception, we ask that our guests dress in cocktail attire. This includes knee to mid-length dresses for the women and a suit and tie for the men. Our Filipino guests are encouraged to wear barongs and filipinianas. Please refrain from wearing white, peach, dusty/sky blue, and silver as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. The church has a large parking lot to accommodate our guests. Our reception offers valet parking only: $54.00 per night for guests staying at the hotel (in and out privileges apply) $34.00 per car for event daily parking (0-12 hrs)

What time should I arrive at the church?

Answer

We highly recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. This allows time to find parking and seating without feeling rushed. Be aware that the ceremony will start promptly at 1 o'clock.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We understand wanting to take photos during the ceremony (you’re excited!). However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures as professional photographers will be there to capture the day.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We understand that there is a large gap between the end of our ceremony and reception. We recommend dressing in your cocktail attire and heading over to the hotel at your convenience. Feel free to grab a drink at the hotel bar and explore the premises. Cocktail hour will begin at 6pm with dinner to follow at 7pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Because of limited venue seating, we can only accommodate children of close family and members of the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue seating, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the invitation. Your RSVP card will state how many seats are reserved in your honor. If you do receive a plus one, you will see their name when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our venue has alternative meals for those who are vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. However, if you still need to make a special request, please contact John (631-627-5474) or Brittany (562-217-3764) directly.
