**Kobussen school buses will be picking up guests at the Double Tree to bring them to the venue at 2:20PM and 2:30PM This is one of two hotel options held at a blocked rate for Brittany and John's wedding. There are many other hotel options in the Madison area; however, Brittany and John only selected two hotels for the room block. There are rooms reserved for both Friday, June 3rd and Saturday, June 4th. A room at The Double Tree will cost $139/per night and the block will be held until Wednesday May 4, 2022. Comfort Inn & Suites Madison - Airport

**Kobussen school buses will be picking up guests at the Comfort Inn to bring them to the venue at 2:27PM and 2:32PM This is the second hotel option located just down the street from the Double Tree. Rooms are reserved for only Saturday June 4th, at a discounted rate of $109/per night. There are 2 double beds or 1 king bed options. Rooms are held until Thursday May 5th, 2022 at the discounted rate. Please call the hotel directly and mention the Weber/Adams Wedding Block to reserve. Please cancel any reservations by 4PM local hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.
