Answer
Dress code is lounge suit. Ladies: Midi or maxi dress or pants and blouse. Gentlemen: Suits with jacket or blazer (tie optional).

Unplugged Ceremony
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" so kindly request that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! If you take any photos, please send them to us. We will be sure to share our ceremony photos as soon as we receive them.

Adults-Only Celebration
Answer
We will only be able to accomodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Visit Hamilton Island Babysitting for more information regarding babysitting services.

Ceremony Start Time
Answer
The ceremonies proceedings will commence at 2pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior, so you can take a seat.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors, while the cocktail hour will occur outdoors. During the reception, guests will have the option to be indoors or outdoors.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Flight
Answer
All direct flights to Hamilton Island depart major airports in the morning only and arrive in Hamilton Island around 12pm. Due to Hamilton Island flight arrivals, at a minimum, you will need to arrive on Friday, 31/10/25 and leave on the Sunday, 02/11/25. If you would like to make a holiday out of it, feel free to stay longer, as we will be around from 30/10/25 till 04/11/25.

Being on an island, everything is just a 5 minute buggy ride away and there is parking available at both the ceremony and reception. Many accommodation options (including the Reef View Hotel and Palm Bungalows) are a 2 minute walk from the reception. Most accomodation includes a buggy for the stay, however buggies are also available to hire. Visit the 'Things To Do' tab or the Hamilton Island website for more information. Free shuttle busses are also available around the island from all hotels and local stops between 6.50am - 11pm.

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for and we greatly appreciate the effort and time you have all taken to attend. We will be moving in together for the first time after the big day, so we've put together a gift registry of things we need to complete our home, if you wish to contribute.
