Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be filled with loved ones and we want everyone comfortable. We ask to stick to a dressy casual/semi formal style. We are having an outside ceremony at 3pm and an “indoor”/covered reception. Since the average temperature in November is usually a high of 67 degrees and a low of 43 degrees, we would recommend bringing something to keep you warm once the sun goes down.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

We will have an amazing assortment thanks to Sherry’s Catering. Fried and grilled chicken strips with all the sauces Shrimp and grits bar Pulled pork sliders Hash brown casserole Green beans Pasta salad Dinner rolls Fruit and cheese assortment Donuts Sweet and Unsweet tea Lemonade Coffee bar We will be providing water, a small assortment of wine and beer. Wedding cupcakes.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive by 2:45 so everyone can be seated and comfortable.

Can I take and post pictures to social media?

Answer

We want to have as many memories as possible to celebrate this exciting day! We will have an amazing photographer, Shannon Taylor. So that there are no interruptions with flashes and phones, we ask that our ceremony remain unplugged as much as possible. We would love to see your faces instead of your phones. During the reception it’s free game to take as many pictures as you like! There will be a #hashtag that you can use to help document all the fun! Shannon will be around taking all of the important pictures and all we ask is that he is able to do his job smoothly.
