Shuttle
September 20, 2025 2:00 pm - 9:45 pm
Two shuttles holding 48 people each will be departing the Hershey Lodge at 2:15 pm to bring guests to the venue One shuttle will bring guests who wish to depart first back to the Lodge at 8:15pm. There will be one other shuttle holding 48 people each departing the venue at 9:30pm and returning to the Hershey Lodge. Please be prepared to arrange other transportation if you happen to miss a bus. Depending on when guests leave, there may not be enough seating for everyone.
Flight
Philly is about 2-2.5 hour drive from Hershey, with plenty of rental car options around the airport, plus an option for a beautiful drive through Lancaster County (in our opinion!)
