A block of rooms has been reserved at Harrah's Las Vegas from August 6-11. Guests can stay for all nights listed, or as few as one at this property through the reservation link. Each guest is responsible for making his/her own reservations through the provided online web link by Monday, July 7, 2025. When you first open the group website it always defaults to one night. Please EDIT the dates, select your arrival and departure dates and click UPDATE. To book a reservation, click the view button below: • Click the edit button • Click the Check In – Check out Box • When the calendar pops up, click the first night to deselect the calendar • Click on your arrival date and then click on your departure date • Click update • Then choose the room type you want to book by either clicking book now, or the View Total Price and then book now Reservations Department Call-in #: (888) 458-8471 (To avoid a $15 call center processing fee, please use the web link when possible) A deposit for first nights room and tax is required at the time of registration, the remaining night’s room and tax will be due at check in. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for individual reservations. A full refund is provided for any reservation cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. All no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Any reservations made after the cut-off date are subject to availability and will be added at the current public rate. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out time is 11:00am. An early check-in fee may apply at the front desk. Upon check-in each guest will be responsible for showing valid ID and providing payment for any outstanding balance.

Booking Policies First night suite/tax is charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Remaining room nights and fees are due upon checkout. The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. The Cut-Off Date to book a room in this block is July 7, 2025. The contracted Resort Fee of $55 plus tax per night will be charged at time of occupancy. Upon checking in, you will be required to provide payment for incidentals. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded during checkout.
