We're Getting Married!

Brittany and Grant met in late 2017; Brittany moved to Owosso to attend Baker College, while also transferring from the Howell Kroger to the Owosso Kroger to work in the produce department. Grant was a bagger at the Owosso Kroger when Brittany transferred there. They became quick friends. Over time, Grant would make frequent stops over to the produce department to "take back unwanted produce". Then they started dating on June 8th, 2018, and have enjoyed a few wonderful years together.

Grant came home late from work and instantly began searching for the engagement ring in his coat pocket that he had hanging near the entryway. He had only purchased the ring a couple of days ago and could not contain the secret any longer. Brittany was in a separate room and heard Grant making noise. Aroused by suspicion, Brittany was starting to wonder what he was up to. Grant clutched the ring in his fist and got down on one knee. He decided to wait until Brittany would inevitably walk out of the room to see what he was doing. Once she did, her initial reaction was expressionless. Then she became instantly shocked, constantly asking, "Is this real??" Grant had to eventually ask for confirmation if she would marry him. It was an unforgettable night.
