Well, as I'm sure all of you have guessed by now, the wedding is now being postponed. With Covid-19 turning into a global pandemic, everything is being postponed until a later date - maybe in the fall. On another note, Gabe and I got legally married in the Santee Admin Buidling on 3/21/2020. We still plan on holding the same ceremony and reception as before but it will be TBD. Updates will be sent out when we know more.

They met online on the dating app, Bumble, where Gabe hooked Brittany with his use of a quote from "The Office". Their first date started off with a shared bottle of wine at a wine bar in Hillcrest and turned into a 5 hour date that they never wanted to end. A month later, after a 4th of July celebration in La Jolla, fireworks turned into "I love you" and they were inseparable ever since.

Gabe suggested a pre-Christmas trip up to Paso Robles before the craziness of the holidays. After a fun day of wine tasting in the rain, they ended up at Daou Winery. Snuggled up next to a fire pit, watching the rain come down, Gabe pulled out the ring, claiming he found it on the ground and wanted to know if Brittany wanted it. Sweet words were exchanged and it was sealed with a kiss.
