If you are flying into Denver, DIA is the best airport to fly into. From there, you will drive into Estes Park or Boulder/Broomfield.
If you stay in the Broomfield/Boulder/Westminster area, it will be an hour and 15 minutes to the venue.
From Estes Park, it is about 20 minutes to the venue.
The family will be staying at Quality Inn in Estes Park. You will want to reserve the hotels in Estes Park as soon as possible because it is a tourist hotspot.
