Dominic and Brittany first met when Dominic was in the arms of another woman! *gasp* In 2013, Dominic was dating Brittany's good friend. She thought he was obnoxious and didn't think much of him. Fast forward to 2017, where Brittany met the new and improved Dominic at Jon's parent's house during a "squad hang". Brittany and Dominic bonded over a warm bottle of Fireball that Dominic brought to the party. The rest is history.

Dominic came up with his proposal plan Christmas Eve 2020. We had a trip planned to Destin, FL that following summer, and one of Brittany's favorite places is the beach. As we were taking photos with family, Dominic told Brittany to go put her hat away for the next photos. Brittany returned to find Dominic on one knee and a beautiful ring being presented. Dominic's family and some of Brittany's family were present and able to witness the event! We then all celebrated at a sports bar! :)
