WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Answer

Suggested time of arrival 4:30 pm. The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm, so please arrive early enough to sign our guest book, find a seat and socialize before it begins!

CAN I BRING A DATE OR BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited in your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. Hope you understand!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

Hey, we adore your kiddos, but this shindig is strictly for the grown-ups. We want everyone to kick back, unwind, and savor the evening without stepping on any tiny toes. Thanks for understanding and planning accordingly! ***Immediate family (brother & sister) and wedding party get a special pass to bring the little ones along for the ride. ***

WHERE ARE WE REGISTERED?

Answer

We are fortunate to already have everything we need for our home, so instead of a traditional gift registry, we've set up a honeymoon fund where your contributions will help us create unforgettable memories on our dream trip. We have a Honeymoon fund set up on our website under registry, and we will also have a Honeymoon fund card drop box set up on a table in the reception barn.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Deadline is set for April 17th. Please let us know well in advance so we can count you in for food and seating.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES ON MY PHONE?

Answer

Pease be mindful of the professional photographer taking pictures and stay out of their way. Do not stand up to take picture or stand in the aisle, but take as many as you want sitting down. Feel free to post them on any and all social media and tag me or David in them so we can see them! I know it will be a while before the professional pictures come back so I will be looking forward to seeing the pictures you capture of our special day. 🩵 Also we will have a fun professional Photo Booth set up with printed picture and digital photos.

IS THERE A SUGGESTED ATTIRE?

Answer

Casual attire. The wedding party will be wearing cowgirl/cowboy boots so if you have a pair feel free to wear them with us.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Answer

Absolutely! Get ready to toast the night away, BEER and WINE, will be on us. We have to ensure everyone gets home in one piece so please drink responsibly! Oh, and don't forget to bring some cash to show our bartender some love with those tips!

IS THE CEREMONY INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits, so please dress accordingly with the weather that day. If the weather is not great, we will move it to barn 2.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can grab a drink, find their table, and mingle.

WHAT IS ON THE MENU?

Answer

Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00 pm. Buffet Dinner Menu Includes the following • Country Fried Chicken • Huber's Honey Ham • Homemade Chicken & Dumplings • Country Style Slaw • Seasonal Salad • Green Beans • Corn • Real Mashed Potatoes with Gravy • Fried Biscuits with Apple Butter • Assorted Soft drinks, Tea, and Coffee available
